Danny Richard – Drums

Danny‘s interest in playing drums started at age 9 when he spent time following his Dad at Sunday band practice. He did a tour with Joey Knight and the Cougars for several years that lead them to be called “Back-Up Band of the Year in 1987 at the CCMA. The Cougars opened for acts like “Mickey Gilley, Tanya Tucker, Kitty Wells, Box Car Willy, Steve Earle, Michelle, Gene Watson” and several others.

Danny rejoined the New Brunswick Country Showcase in 2009 and also plays with a group called “One Way Rider” and “Behind the Wheel”.
